I'm really excited to do my project! I am going to bake a new healthy treat and have others try them every week and see if eating healthy can taste good. This week I accomplished an Interest survey and learned a lot about myself. Right now I am brushing out some of the knots in my project. The rest of the week I plan to search for recipes and get prepared for my first treat!
