20 Time



For my 20 time project, I have decided to try meditation. Meditation is a topic that I have been interested in for a while now but I have never actually looked into it. I know very very little about it and would like to see what it can benefit. I am a very impatient and anxious person and I am interested to see if meditating can help improve this. I will document my findings and research as I try meditation for the next few months. I'm excited to continue with this project! :)
