So far Reis and I have completed most of our presentation and what we need to complete within this week and the following week. We have decided that next week we will go on our regular diet and the following week will be our vegetarian diet. In order for us to do the vegan diet we are going to have to go on our regular diet every other week so we start with a new slate every week. I don't know what to expect or what I am going to feel like these next weeks so it will be interesting. We are also recording all of our data every day and weigh ourselves twice a week. Hopefully this will go well!
