My 20 Time Experience...FINALLY!!!!!!

I had an extremely hard time this week coming up with my proposal for 20 Time. I have finally come up with my idea...I will create a blog centered around cultural foods. I believe that I will have a very fun time with this project, due to my love of cooking and writing. However, I am scared that I will not be able to fully execute this project in ways such as not being able to find a variety of people to review my recipes. But then again, I do have high hopes for my cooking ability and hope that many will enjoy my writing and take on others' cultures.
