20 time week 1

This week for 20 time I took personality quiz. Half way through I realized that I was a jumpy person, and I can't stay clam. So I decided to come up with a project that could help me become more calm. I am going to test the effects of yoga and if it actually works. I'm really excited to try this out because I really want to become a more calm person.
