The Dessert Blogger

It's Sydney Headley here with my weekly dessert blog! This week I tried to make no-bake Oreo bars and I would say that they were a success! They took about 15 minutes to make, but the only hard part is waiting two hours for them to  chill in the fridge. When you decide to make these, all you need to buy are two packs of Oreos, a package of cream cheese, white chocolate chips, a stick of butter, and chocolate sauce if you would like! If you need to cure your sweet tooth, this is the perfect dessert for you!
Recipe:
Makes 16

Crust-
24 Oreo's
4 tbs butter, soft or melted
(you can use a food processor to chop up the Oreos or you can put them in a plastic bag  and use a coffee mug)
Make sure you mix in the melted butter with the Oreos and then press in the Oreo and butter mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. I would put parchment paper in the bottom of the pan before you press in the crust.

Filling:
bag of white chocolate morsels
6 oz of cream cheese (at room temperature)
12 Oreos roughly chopped
Put the bag of white chocolate morsels and cream cheese in a pot on the stove and melt/mix them together. Once they are melted together, take the pot off of the stove and mix in the crushed Oreos.  Put this mixture on top of the crust, make sure to spread evenly.

Topping-
6 Oreo's roughly chopped
drizzle chocolate sauce over the top
Put the chopped Oreos and chocolate sauce over the white chocolate and cream cheese mixture.
